Overview​

  1. Arrive at the password reset page and receive a welcome message
  2. <NIM HOSTNAME>/passwordreset/<Profile Name>
  3. Identify yourself, in this example we are using employee ID. This should be any other unique piece of information (e.g. Username, Email)
  4. Select an available method to send a confirmation code
  5. Receive the confirmation code and submit it back to NIM
  6. After verification of the code, you then are able to reset your password
  7. Confirmation is then provided that the password reset for your account(s)
