After installing NIM, you will see a [license error] message in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen:

In this state, NIM self-limits its functionality by invalidating all filters. See Invalid filters.

To resolve this, enter a license code.

License Modules​

NIM contains several modules, which can be activated through the installed license key.

  • Exports Enables NIM's ability to run the export and multi-export scheduled tasks.
  • Onboarding Activates NIM’s onboarding feature, letting users verify their identity and access their accounts without HR or IT having to share default passwords.
  • Password Reset Activates NIM's self-service password reset feature, letting users verify their identity and reset their forgotten passwords without IT department intervention.
  • Provisioning Enables NIM's ability to manage accounts in target systems, such as Active Directory by using filters and mappings.
  • Roles Enables NIM's ability to assign group memberships through roles.
