Match records between systems
- In Processing > Relations, select the source system, table, and matching column in the A pane.
- Select the corresponding target system, table, and column in the B pane.
- Select Match.
- Review the Left, Common, and Right results. Check known matches and investigate unexpected unmatched records.
- Select Add, then Save, when the relation is correct.

Create a focused filter
- In Processing > Filters, select Add, enter a descriptive name, and select Create.
- Choose the source Start Table.
- Add expression and relation items to select only the population selected for your workflow.
- For account creation, use the target relation to exclude people who already have a corresponding account.
- Select Filter to preview the result.
See Create a filter and Relation items.
Check exactly which records qualify
- Compare the filter result with the records selected for your workflow.
- Investigate duplicates, missing identifiers, or unexpected records.
- Confirm the output includes the values your mapping will need.
- Save the filter.
Ready to continue: The filter returns only the intended population, and you can explain why each record qualifies.
