Configure Connection

Aeries SIS guide

Follow this focused guide to configure and validate Aeries SIS in NIM.

1. While logged into the Admin Portal of Aeries, go to API Security > 3rd Party Vendors

2. Create a new record, naming it NIM

3. Take note of the certificate key, as you will need this to configure the system in NIM

4. Configure the following permissions for the new NIM vendor record.

   Student Data

   • Student Data

   Scheduling

   • Teacher Data
   • Master Schedule
   • Course Data
   • Classes

   School Information

   • Schools
   • Terms
   • Users

   Class Schedules

   • History

   Enrollment History

   No additional sub-permission is required.

   Staff Data

   No additional sub-permission is required.
