D2L Brightspace guide

Follow this focused guide to configure and validate D2L Brightspace in NIM.

1. Login to the Brightspace portal as Admin
2. Go to Settings > Manage Extensibility
3. Click OAuth 2.0
4. Click Register An App
5. Configure App
6. Name: Tools4ever NIM
7. Redirect URI: Copy this from the NIM system configuration screen
8. Scope: *attributes:*:* core:*:* role:*:* sessions:*:* users:*:**
9. Access Token Lifetime (seconds): 72000
10. Promt for user consent: unchecked
11. Enable refresh tokens: checked
12. Add Client ID and Secret to NIM system configuration screen and click Retrieve Token
